flight 939 at an inefficiency level 15 overbook—stops at 35 for about half of her passengers, despite warnings to remain in her aisle seat that she is carrying a bomb or any other offensive substances, according U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Officer Sarah Rodman.
